do you shoot handheld or how you get the spider static? I look taht you have 2 side reflectors + main flash :)

These spiders are able to stand still for a few seconds. I use one flash and these white things from the sides were pieces of white paper.

Nice one. If you will get more light, you will be able to show their beautifull eyes. The easiest way to get them still, is to take pictures in the early morning, before they warm up :P
