You don't need to waste your time ;) If you look more carefully you can find living specimens. Here are spiders found under the bark of dead trees captured last weekend.

sorry, can't help it.. i have a thing for Formica-ants. X) anyway, very nice macro :) the composition is very nice with the ants forming lines that break with the line in the background.
