This was the best picture I was able to take (I needed more than 30 shots). Adult female of Salticus scenicus (Araneae: Salticidae) jumping... khem... starting to jump :D

I keep spiders and insects in my flat... so I always have models for macrophotography.

Nikkor Micro 105/2.8 is a wonderful lens (and the best I have :) ). When you are using synchronization with built-in flash at 1/500 sec. it is much easier to take this type of action picture. But you need some experience with animals... just to know how they will behave in different situations.
