It was taken in artifical conditions. I used too slow shutter speed and not very small aperture and get everythig except insects head blurred.

Another amazing shot by you! The blur of the body works really well to display the movement.

Wow! talk about timing! Did you expect that as you where taking the shot? or did it catch you by a lucky surprise?

By lucky surprise :) I was taking shots of walking ladybug when suddenly shy took off into the air. I had no time to set my shutter speed to 1/500 and almost whole body of this insect is blur.

even so, a rare frontal shot of takeoff, with a higher shutter speed those wings would have looked really neat, nevertheless, awesome photo!! :)

That capture is nothing but professional. I'd love a higher blender to get more of the lady bug into focus, but this isn't really something I'm planning on complaining about ;)
Great job!

Yes, I also wanted to get better DOF and to freeze the movement but I wasn't able. This shot was more accidental than planned. I was taking pics of walking ladybug when she started taking off. I had only one second to get ladybugs head into focus and to press the shutter button :)

Niestety to strzał przypadkowy.
